We, the undersigned active members of Zion Pilgrim Christian Church, formally request a congregational vote to consider disaffiliation from the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

This petition is a direct result of the continued lack of support, effective leadership, accountability, and significant lack of transparency from regional leadership. We believe these ongoing concerns have negatively impacted our congregation and its ability to move forward.

Zion Pilgrim deserves better. We believe our congregation should have the right to determine its own future, protect its legacy, and pursue leadership that aligns with its values and spiritual mission.

By signing, we support bringing the matter of disaffiliation before the congregation for an official vote in accordance with the church's governing documents.
