I believe our cheerleading coach should be considered for rehiring because of the positive impact she had on our team. During her time as coach, she demonstrated dedication, encouraged athletes to work hard, and helped build teamwork and confidence among team members. She created an environment where athletes felt supported and motivated to improve their skills.

Coach De has touched the hearts of countless cheerleaders, and has completely transformed the cheer program at Eastern High School. Any student who has cheered under Coach De can tell you what an amazing coach and person she truly is. She’s not just a coach, but a mother figure for some, sister figure for others and friend beyond graduation. Nobody can take her place.

She has built this cheer program from the ground up and continuously works to provide the best opportunities for her team. The relationships she has formed with these girls are truly special, and her positive impact extends far beyond cheer. Many of the athletes have said they would not want to continue cheering without her as their coach, which speaks volumes about their respect, trust, & admiration.
