Theodore’s is a wonderful local establishment and the artwork is fun, tasteful and muted. It’s not obnoxious! Let them be - we need more businesses with their creativity and excellent food in downtown Prescott!

Bold to say that a freshly painted modern design is a public detriment when there are abandoned buildings on Cortez with broken windows.
