I took a photo of Theodore’s “bagel guy” logo once it was painted recently on the front of the shop to show friends how cute this new glow-up is! I can’t believe how a lame city ordinance or whatever could seriously be applied in this situation. All
Theodore’s is “guilty” of here is adding charm and ambience to Everybody’s Hometown! This is ridiculous government overreach in action.

I recommend you look into the design value index study , a theoretical stock market index that attracts the financial performance of design driven companies relative to the S & P 500 over a 10 year. Period. I have 20 years experience in place making working with some of the greatest cities in the United States. I would love to speak with someone at the city of Prescott regarding this.
