Tasteful branding like this adds to a town's character. It is nothing like annoying lights, or large signs advertising the business. It's a harmless design as part of the building's exterior painting.
This is a waste of the city's time and resources.

This artwork is in proportion to MANY other business signs throughout downtown. Perhaps process wasn’t followed but a variance seems very reasonable for something that isn’t offensive or distracting and poses no threat to the public.

Every business has the right in America to design and decorate in accordance with their style. As long as the building itself is following code and the design is not obscene, there shouldn't be any objections from the city. Prescott should NOT be petty and dictorial about this artwork.

This is not a sign. It is a mural that happens to include the name of the business within the artwork itself. Theodore’s is a great example of a small business starting as a pop up vendor, building a huge following allowing it to open and thrive as a brick and mortar restaurant. In the process they have improved the actual brick and mortar to a corner storefront that the entire community can be proud of, enhancing the entire block along the way. Please allow it to remain!

Great restaurant, great food and great service. This storefront is perfect for this restaurant and causes no harm to anyone. Prescott needs more local restaurants like this that think outside of the box. Let them finish their art work.

As a Prescott native, I not only love the charming and welcoming atmosphere that Theo’s brings to our community, but I also feel that the new artwork has only enhanced the exterior of the building. It brings our local art scene to the forefront and adds even more character and vibrancy to our community. We should absolutely be supporting the businesses and artists who contribute to making Prescott such a special place.
