I am managing the neighboring business to Theodore’s. I found the signage to be inspiring and bringing life, energy and BUSINESS to this end of Marina St., which had previously been less traveled.
I think the signage is tasteful and appropriate for our town of Prescott, where I have proudly resided for more than 22 years. Please allow the signage. Prescott needs artistic expression and local business to thrive.

Theodore’s is a locally owned, successful business on a prominent street corner. Their presence is a net positive to our community and there is nothing wrong with a bit of artwork to liven things up. The owners are valued members of our city who have shown time and time again that they are invested in the future health and growth of Prescott. To say that this would be “detrimental” to the City of Prescott is an overreach both in interpretation and governance.

Murals are art and the more art we have in town the better!!! And, they are so much better than a traditional sign because they say our town is different and we value art!
