Seriously?? With all the old decaying buildings in the downtown area over the past years and the ones that remain.The vacant lots that are full of weeds and trash and the town needs to be worried about Theodores mural.. We are thankful that Theodores opened and renovated one of the empty, neglected buildings. (As well as provide the locals with amazing coffee and treats... Please leave them alone.

Need to encourage new businesses......and a slap on the wrist for not obeying old and inhibiting code......lets look at what is best practice in forward looking cities!
By the way this business was badly hurt by the water pipe issues on Sheldon over the last 2 years......it would be nice to see the City building relationships versus inhibiting business development.

Please save the bagel! Theodore’s adds so much value to this town and the local food scene. The bagel is a beautiful work of art and representation of their brand and adds to the value of this town.
