This location will be a traffic nightmare or worse with people trying to get in from the west.

Why do we need another gas station when there’s plenty in our area. That intersection will become dangerous as it’s a dwelling neighborhood not a business center. Please consider all family members that live in that area. If we needed a gas station we would have asked for one

fuel station creates traffic, fire-safety, environmental, noise, and neighborhood-compatibility impacts that deserve careful consideration.

I believe this would cause huge traffic congestion for the surrounding subdivisions. I haven’t talked to anyone in my neighborhood that wants a convenience store on that corner.

As a homeowner in Eaglebrook for over 40 years, I oppose the proposed 7-11 and rezoning application RZ-STD-26-0481. Bellamy Road is a residential street and is not suitable for commercial development. This project would increase traffic, raise safety concerns for families and children, add noise and late-night activity, and negatively affect the character and property values of our community. I urge you to reject the rezoning request to protect our neighborhood’s environment and quality of life.

Leave Citrus Park rural. There are enough convenient stores in the area to accommodate the need.

There is enough dangerous traffic in proposed area. We don’t another gas station or convenience store on Ehrlich Road.

We do not want heavy vehicle traffic, late night noise from loitering, increased litter, and potential petty crime. We are also concerned over lower property, values and more businesses. This large corporate chain store will disrupt the quiet, residential feel of our community. I feel the homeless will hang out front for light and safety, for a chance to interact socially, and to bum change.

The traffic will be terrible, and I feel like it will cause accident.

This would create so much unnecessary back up and disrupt the wildlife.

Environmental impact, traffic impediment and why add more ingress/egress points on already congested highway.

There are already plenty of gas stations in the area. This is a busy intersection, because of the veteran's expressway exit and number of homes off of Bellamy Rd, which is the only in and out for everyone. Horrible idea to put a gas station there!

Intersection is already high traffic and congested.

This type of development has been opposed several times over for the same reasons as described in this petition so I strongly oppose this development!

This would make this intersection far busier than if currently is, and draw unwanted traffic further down Belllamy road.
