As a 72 year old single female we do not need any further taxes in Stafford County. We are already being taxed out of the county. Those on fixed incomes are having a hard enough time with increases on utilities, insurance, food etc.

I am not confident in how are tax dollars are being managed especially after allowing all these data centers in under the guise of more revenue for the county... and then giving them all tax breaks. Where is our money going? And how is this attracting and encouraging small business development in Stafford?

I very recently became a widow. I can not afford another tax increase. What needs to happen is to stop approving so many housing developments. They come with young(er) children who go to school. Schools are overwhelmed so that means more need to be constructed. To build houses acres and acres of trees and other growth need to be cut down. Stafford used to be “in the country” whereas now there are traffic tuneups all over. Rt 3, Rt 17, Rt 610 to name just three. Please, NO TAX INCREASE.
