I think adding more taxes on small businesses really hurt the business and their families livelihood. Most small businesses don’t have a lot of extra money sitting around, so even a small increase in taxes can make a big difference. That’s money that could have gone to giving employees a raise or growing the business. Instead, owners will have to raise their prices just to be able to pay these additional taxes. It’s already bad enough with rent and item costs increasing annually.
