STOP BHMS-CCMP REGISTRATION WITH MMC
A proposal/process in Maharashtra allows BHMS (Homeopathy) doctors who have completed CCMP (Certificate Course in Modern Pharmacology) to seek registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC).
This has raised an important question:
• Should a short additional course be enough to allow a doctor trained in Homeopathy to practise Modern Medicine?
• An MBBS doctor undergoes years of dedicated education and hospital-based clinical training in Modern Medicine.
• We believe that patients deserve to know exactly what their doctor is trained and qualified to practise.
This is not against Homeopathy or Homeopathy doctors.
Our concern is simple:
Different systems of medicine have different training and qualifications. These differences should remain clear so that patients are not confused and patient safety is protected.
WE REQUEST THE GOVERNMENT TO:
🔴 Stop BHMS–CCMP registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council.
🔴 Keep the registration process on hold until the legal matter is finally decided.
🔴 Maintain clear and separate standards for different systems of medicine.
🔴 Ensure that patients are clearly informed about their doctor’s qualifications and training.
🔴 Put patient safety and quality medical education above all other considerations.

It concerns every patient and every family.
When you visit a doctor, you should have complete clarity about who is treating you, what they are qualified in, and what training they have received.

Registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council should be based on recognised modern medical qualifications, and CCMP should not be used as an alternative pathway to MBBS-level registration
Im a MBBS Dr and i know what it takes to complete this prestigious course
CCMP bogas course hai
See Only Pharma knowledge isn't key to practice Modern medicine....u should know how well tk integrate it with modern medicine and surgery perspective.....so at least if u are providing one then also they should study all Final year subjects along with it
It is stupidity to give someone the rights they don’t even work and study for.
Crosspathy is unfair unnecessary and not required

Gave all my life young age for mbbs degree to be a ideal dr with all knowledge and practice,and here 1 yr course is equalizing the mbbs no way,they themselves know that it’s wrong so why to play with patient
