In November last year I had been seeing some one or going to group at least 4 times a week x then it was gone x I was assured it would b a few weeks at most ,and I have found coping with every day life alone really hard and upsetting to know that I would be able to go and talk to someone if I needed to would really help me from feeling so alone

Mental health should not be a postcode lottery. Chichester has a distinct need for mental health services that are virtually non-existent whilst other communities have plenty of access already
