As a local resident to the area, this is hurtful to know how a landlord treats it’s tenants that are bringing something unique to our underserved area. I stand with Peaches and Sylvia’s.

Ambos locales son deliciosos, el café acompañado con los desayunos de Silvia, me gustaría que no hubiera cambios en n estos locales ya que en mi opinión ambos hacen un buen conjunto y para mí es lo más atractivo de esta plaza

It is wrong to close businesses because Hamilton Market/Texaco can’t manage their customers. Simple signage can resolve this issue, not closure of the best two businesses of the center.
I will no longer buy gas or patronize Hamilton Market. Their lack of effort that resulted in closure of other businesses is disgraceful.

Peaches coffee is the definition of a community space. In a world where we are more and more distanced from each other, these places are essential to maintain human connection. Without community we are just individuals seeking our own interests and filled with hate. Do not suppress what these businesses are trying to achieve!!!

This business deserves to keep the work they’ve put in and the space for more patrons to sit!!

It’s hard enough to open a small business. The absolute least one can expect is honesty and clarity from those who hold the strings. Do you….want to succeed in your bid to be a feudal overlord? Then make it easy for people to rent from you. Jesus Christ.

Peaches is one of the most unique & special businesses we have ever been lucky to come across. Wonderful place for the community to gather & also support local businesses nearby that are incredible too. They treat customers like friends & family.

We love Sylvia’s - the tacos are amazing and the business owners are genuine and wonderful people. The loss of Sylvia’s would be a true disappointment. We also appreciate Peaches outdoor space as it provides a great spot to enjoy coffee and friends. This space enhances the anchoring role Peaches provides for the retail property. It is disappointing to see the landlord creating friction with great small businesses that patrons support on a recurring daily/weekly basis.

Silvia’s tacos and Peaches coffee are the best parts of this retail development. Their loss would be a significant loss and driver for me to boycott the entire retail development including the gas station.

I’ve had the chance to try Peaches Coffee, and I can certainly echo the sentiment! It’s a wonderful neighborhood spot, and places like these really add to the charm and sense of community here. It would be such a shame to lose local businesses that have become an important part of our neighborhood. I really hope both Peaches and Sylvia’s can continue to thrive here!

They’re a great neighbourhood staples and a necessity to this community. Peaches has one of the best brewed coffees in the city and it would be a great loss if they had to shut down! Slyvia’s food is beautifully cooked and never a day when we’ve had issues with it even though they’re a food truck. The only food truck I trusted to eat from when I was pregnant. It would be sad to lose these two neighbourhood staples
