Decision Makers: JYP Entertainment

To: JYP Entertainment Executive Board & Division 1 Management

As STAYs, we believe it is our responsibility to advocate for our idols' welfare with the same dedication they show to us. We are launching this petition to formally address several deeply concerning situations regarding the health, safety, and management of Stray Kids.

Since the transition in JYP Entertainment’s executive leadership, Division 1 has maintained absolute control over Stray Kids' activities. While we celebrate the group's global success, the current management strategy places an unsustainable strain on the members' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

We submit this petition solely out of concern for the artists, free from any favoritism or malice.

Documented Incidents & Systemic Gaps:

Targeted Security Failures (Lee Know):
The member Lee Know has been targeted on stage with high-intensity laser pointers two to three times during live performances.
Because this hazardous act can cause permanent blindness, we demand an immediate upgrade in venue security checkpoints and protection protocols to ensure his physical safety.

Artist Burnout & Lack of Rest (Han, Hyunjin): Despite members Han and Hyunjin openly expressing the need for a break, back-to-back schedules continue without adequate downtime.
Adequate rest periods are vital for a group carrying such immense workloads.

Overwork & Medical Strain (Felix, Seungmin, I.N): Felix is juggling an overwhelming 13 brand ambassadorships alongside demanding choreography expectations, putting his herniated disc at severe risk.
Seungmin has previously suffered a stress ankle injury, and I.N's rapid visible weight loss raises deep concerns regarding proper nutrition and pacing.

Producer Exhaustion (3RACHA): As the primary creative engine, Bang Chan, Han Jisung, and Seo Changbin face immense pressure.
We call for specific mandatory breaks for the producing unit to prevent creative and physical burnout, while ensuring a safe, respectful environment for long-term staff-to-artist interactions.

Our Demands for Structural Reform:

We politely but firmly urge JYP Entertainment and Division 1 to implement the following structural changes immediately:

Mandatory Monthly Check-ins: Implement regular, comprehensive medical and psychological health check-ins for all eight members.

Work Duration Reduction: Lower overlapping schedule durations and establish guaranteed, prolonged rest periods between major promotions.

Upgraded Security Measures: Enhance physical security management around the artists at all public and private schedules.

Thank you for reading through this message. We hope to see JYP Entertainment prioritize long-term artist welfare and implement these much-needed protections to safeguard the future of Stray Kids.
