Keep RP a place we want to call home. Overdevelopment will ruin what is special about our village.

We don’t need anymore condos being built. This course is used by many people and would be a shame to loose it to a developer for more housing that we don’t need.

This certaintly doesn’t meet the vision for RPB that I have heard from elected Village leaders. Additionally, I do not believe this meets the requirements of the FSS relating to this issue under 8.a.1. The course has been in operation consistently over the past five + years. Over the past several years the owners have and continue to invest/improve the GC. This does not make sense as something positive for the Village of Royal Palm Beach.

Royal Palm Beach is supposed to be a village not a city. We are so overpopulated now. We do not need anymore homes built here

No need to put more homes in a already crowded area and ruin our green space view and take down a place to play golf locally

The Village Golf Course is a special place for many people also children. Many families come out to spend time together.
The royal palm beach area is over populated now, this would just put chaos over the top.
Please consider another option than building more homes.

Village golf course is a multi decade staple of Royal Palm beach. We do not want more people rather than recreational space.

The housing density of our Village is already high. We need recreational facilities like golf courses to maintain and enhance our quality of life.

This property is ecologically important and should remain as recreational open space

Preserve the golf course! Turning this beloved green space into another neighborhood would forever change the character of our community, increase density, and take away something that has been part of our homes and community for decades. Keep this special part of our community from being lost to development!

We need more activities for residents, not more people with less to do. Keep our golf course and natural areas!

Stop the development of our community!
We moved out west to get away from the concrete jungle and congestion! Homeowners purchased their homes to have a view exclusive of concrete and cars! Not to mention the wildlife that have found a safe place to call home. We’ve destroyed so much in the name of development and our wildlife has no where to go! Enough already. We don’t want or need more homes, apartments, or buildings!!!
