For nearly two decades, the books have remained popular, the films continue to attract audiences, and the fandom has endured across generations. That lasting success demonstrates the enduring appeal of the story and its continued relevance in today's cultural landscape.

A serialized format would allow the characters, relationships, and world of the novels to be explored with greater depth and nuance. Rather than condensing major storylines into feature-length films, a television adaptation could allow emotional moments and character arcs to unfold naturally while remaining faithful to the spirit of the source material. It would also create an opportunity to incorporate Midnight Sun, giving Edward Cullen's perspective a more prominent place in the story and adding new dimensions to familiar events.

A television adaptation would also provide opportunities to further explore the Cullen family, Jacob Black, and the Quileute wolf pack. Their histories, relationships, motivations, and personal struggles offer significant storytelling potential that could be more fully developed through a long-form format. From the centuries-long histories of the Cullen family to the personal journeys of Jacob and the wolf pack, a television series would create space to explore perspectives and experiences that have only been briefly touched upon on screen.

We support a series that honors the original novels while bringing fresh life to the Twilight universe. This includes thoughtful exploration of the Cullen family, the Quileute wolf pack, and the wider world that has captivated readers for years. It also means exceptional writing, casting, production design, costuming, hairstyling, and visual storytelling worthy of the source material.

This petition is not intended to replace the original films. Rather, it is a call for a format uniquely suited to long-form storytelling, one that can introduce The Twilight Saga to new audiences while offering longtime fans a richer and more complete adaptation.
