I am a nurse, and I simply want the opportunity to take the NCLEX. It is unfair to be denied access to an exam because of my nationality. I have worked hard to complete all the requirements, and I only ask for a fair and equal opportunity to become a licensed nurse.

The cancellation of NCLEX access for candidates from Iran unfairly affects qualified nurses who have invested significant time, effort, and money in pursuing professional registration. Iranian nurses should have equal access to the examination process based on their qualifications, not their nationality. I strongly urge the relevant authorities to reconsider this decision and provide a fair pathway for affected candidates.

Hello It's Fateme, a 27y old Icu nurse. It's been a long time that our country has problems with worlds and also it' nation. We've been studying for emigration. This will not affect our regime ,it only affect educated people. Thanks for your support

Iranian nurses should not lose access to the NCLEX simply because of where they live. Equal access to professional licensing exams protects fairness, supports global healthcare, and allows qualified nurses to pursue their careers based on merit - not nationality or residence.

It is really important for nurses in Iran to have opportunities and pathways to advance their careers and quality of life through immigration and current restrictions are unfair to us educated and hard working people

As an Iranian nurse, I can say that the cancellation of the exams provided by Pearson can damage a lot of us. So we request the OFAC to open a way for Iranian nurses to take these exams. Thanks

I want to sign this petition because Iranian nurses should have a fair and equal opportunity to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Due to sanctions, travel restrictions, lack of Pearson VUE test centers in Iran, and ongoing difficulties with internet and international access, Iranian candidates face significant barriers that are beyond their control. We are qualified nurses who deserve a fair chance to pursue our professional careers.

This decision is simply not fair. Preventing Iranian nurses from taking the NCLEX through Pearson VUE denies qualified professionals an equal opportunity based solely on their nationality. Equal opportunity should never depend on nationality.

This decision strongly effects on thousands of nurses from my country and it is unfair to prevent us from taking place in these important exams becouse we are iranian
