The cancellation of NCLEX access for candidates from Iran unfairly affects qualified nurses who have invested significant time, effort, and money in pursuing professional registration. Iranian nurses should have equal access to the examination process based on their qualifications, not their nationality. Iranian nurses should not lose access to the NCLEX simply because of where they live. Equal access to professional licensing exams protects fairness, supports global healthcare, and allows qualified nurses to pursue their careers based on merit - not nationality or residence.

I want to sign this petition because Iranian nurses should have a fair and equal opportunity to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Due to sanctions, travel restrictions, lack of Pearson VUE test centers in Iran, and ongoing difficulties with internet and international access, Iranian candidates face significant barriers that are beyond their control. We are qualified nurses who deserve a fair chance to pursue our professional careers.
