Decision Makers: Executive Branch of the Federal Government

We call for the restoration of our indigenous identity, a public announcement of that identity to the world, and a clear apology for the harm done to our people. We also demand the return of our stolen land and for those who took it to return to their homes of origin.

Our identity is not a slogan or a symbol to be used at will. It is a living part of who we are, carried through our language, customs, memory, and connection to the land. When that identity is denied, hidden, or stripped away, the harm reaches far beyond one group. It breaks trust, weakens communities, and leaves future generations to carry a wound they did not create.

We want more than words. We want recognition that is public, honest, and lasting. We want an apology that does not hide behind excuses. We want the land that was taken from us returned, because our connection to it is not abstract. It is part of our history, our responsibility, and our way of life.

This is a call for justice, dignity, and truth. We ask that our indigenous identity be restored in full, that it be acknowledged openly, and that the steps needed to repair the damage begin now.

I used to listen to my grand parents and how they would continue to reclassify us to take away our indigenous identity and they stole over 3000 acre from us this is has been all my life knowing I wasn’t African.

It is past time they leave and restore what was stolen through paper Genocide. We are the true heirs of these land masses.

I'm signing this petition because my bloodline is on American soil not from Africa we are tired of being misclassified and it's time that our statuses are corrected legally by the same people that took it from us

Restoration of our heritage is a must!! For the "American Negro" to return to our most natural selves and that's being the Aboriginals/Indigenous of North America, The Original Americans

My ancestors were misclassified and as a result we lost our identity and were forced into a system that has done nothing but destroy and damage our people and stolen our inheritance

Being that my family’s roots are that of the aboriginal indigenous peoples of this land, it’s only fair, right and exact to let the truth be known!!!!!!!
