Allowing safe and designated UTV access can also bring positive economic benefits to our local community. Riders traveling to and from off-road areas can bring additional customers to locally owned gas stations, restaurants, hotels, repair shops, convenience stores, and other businesses. Keeping these riders and their spending in our community helps support local jobs, small businesses, and families.

Signing the petition for easier UTV/ATV access to the desert. Driving directly to the riding area is safer and more practical than hauling a big trailer on rough, narrow routes. Less hauling means fewer risks and safer access for everyone. 🙏🏽🏜️

I’m signing this petition because this is a great idea if we have everything right and we are safety on the road people have more opportunities to use the utvs on the roads then instead of all getting in one place to use them this will course less accidents on the get together places

Its really important for us as some of us dont have a way to transport our side by sides to a specific area to use our side by sides… also that we make the offroad community safer and more responsible with the laws they approve.

Should allow access to some roads to be able to reach desert areas. They are called allterian vehicles for a reason. They can be modified to meet dot standards
