Please note that I do not driver or cycle. I use public transport or walk. This OCountyC traffic strategy has NO benefit for Oxford. It is disastrous for Oxford, its people and its reputation. It promotes congestion, more damage to the environment, and to peoples lungs in the congested areas. It has led to
the deterioration of tourism, damages business and service and supply chains, which even the Oxford University depends on- and it is getting worse.

These filters make no difference to safety. Parents of kids should not be allowed to drive to school, there should be school buses instead. The parents are causing the most congestion

I strongly support the removal of the traffic filters in Oxford. These restrictions are causing unnecessary disruption, longer journey times, increased congestion on alternative routes and difficulties for residents, workers, local businesses and essential services.
People should have the freedom to travel around their city without unreasonable restrictions. Rather than solving traffic problems, these measures risk simply moving congestion from one area to another.
