As a sailor, having Starlink for safety has been incredibly helpful. These new changes will make it impossible for many sailors to utilize this service.

We try and sail for six months if the year. The Starlink service is a games changer, purely from a safety perspective. As a retiree, we cannot afford the very expensive option.

Starlink roaming as it is now is the only good and affordable communication . Not only to stay in touch with family but also for safety. The new plans are not affordable to us

I am a cruiser who has come to depend on Starlink while traveling constantly and not ever going home for the last few years. The new rules seems like it is going to cost me double and the plan will be almost useless to me. I'd really like it if Starlink was able to carve out a little plan for us sailors.

Being a long term cruiser with starlink the new regulations will result in an unaffordability of this service, we can only hope that competition into this market arrives soon as it is a huge safety tool for cruisers.

As long term cruisers and live aboards - for safety and our work, starlink has been a critical part of our decision to go offshore - the new ruling completely puts starlink outside of our budget.

Im currently cruising the world on my catamaran and rely heavily on starlink. I simply cannot afford to upgrade to a more expensive plan if these new rules come into place.

You don’t make a mission to open the world to the net then come back and cancel that mission - unless you want to pay more. Unless you're Elon apparently.
