This rule is extremely burdensome. And will make it impossible for many people to continue the freedom of this lifestyle. I hope they reconsider.

We are full time cruisers that can’t easily return to America to reset the plan.

I use starlink to check weather while sailing. This change is just shameful corporate profiteering.

This affects me as a live aboard sailor that cruises through many countries each year

I change countries often an only on the ocean infrequently. Yet I would be forced to only use priority data when a person 100m from me would have access to unlimited data

This will affect cruisers, their safety, children’s schooling and connections to family. The price has gone up three times in the last three months and now this. Not fair, nor what we signed up for.

Starlink is a lifeline for all those who travel fulltime. Removing the 90 day limit will allow us to continue sailing with this essential connection for our safety.

I’m a live aboard cruiser and the world is our home. Countries are only administrative borders. Let’s not shoot ourselves in the foot, let’s not make things harder for our own sake. Let’s make life simpler.

We used starlink through Mexico, French Poly, Tonga and Fiji, including any ocean crossing and several 7+ day passages. It was vital for weather info and security. We could not afford it on a cruisers budget with the new restrictions and fee plan.

Remove the 90 days or keep it as it was

Our retirement plan is to sail globally for many years. This change will make the cost of staying connected to our families prohibitive.
