This is a greedy crazy development that is only about lining the pockets of the owners and not for the benefit of the current owners, the infrastructure can’t cope with the amount of lodges in park now.

The park barely copes with its current capacity, expanding would not be good for any existing or new guests/owners

Need to protect the green areas of Devon, keep building and there's no green areas left for future generations. Please protect Devon

The park is overdeveloped and Haulfryn are struggling to sell exsisting lodges

formally object to the proposed development at Finlake due to its severe impact on local infrastructure and the environment. The expansion will place unsustainable pressure on water and sewage networks, posing a direct ecological threat to the area. Furthermore, the increased number of dwellings will significantly inflate the local population without providing the essential on-site services and infrastructure required to support them.

I have been coming to stay at Finlake for nearly 10yrs now. The reason I fell in love with the place is because it is set within a beautiful natural landscape with all accommodation being sympathetic to & reflective of this. The proposed development would overwhelm the natural beauty that must people come for. As it stands, facilities are already at max capacity. Further development would place an exponential strain on the park, local infrastructure & local community.

This development is totally out of sync with Finlake and will be a complete eyesore. The facilities will be overstretched more than they already are.

It will be a nightmare not only for the community but also owners who rely on sublet income to pay the ever increasing charges

The new buildings do not look attractive or provide a suitable welcome to such a large Park. Disruption and mess whilst being built. Overdevelopment.

Destroying more trees and the wildlife that lives in and around the area. Already too many lodges on this site which can not cope with more parking etc

We own two lodges at Finlake and make zero profit in sublet. There are many lodges for sale as owners are fed up. I feel this will make the situation worse. Also the facilities can barely cope currently.

as an owner don’t agree with this proposal loss of reception and would spoil the beauty of the park

We own a lodge at Finlake and have concerns about over developing the site, extra traffic. Impact on bookings.

This is clearly over development and not in keeping with the Finlake park setting.

The park consists of mainly privately owned lodges, none of the owner who will be impacted from this out of character development have been suitably consulted.

So many reasons to object to this development all of which have been raised before

Financial implications on private owners at finlake. Owners are already unhappy with increases at finlake and this development would take away more income from private owners who fund finlake resort.

It will spoil the area, people will lose their jobs, it will be an eye sore

This is a terrible and unnecessary development within the beautiful grounds of Finlake Holiday Park
