There is no limit to Carlos Beruff's hubris nor destructiveness. He has no respect for the natural world or the common good. This application far exceeds anything he has tried in the past at Long Bar Pointe. Thank goodness this goes to the ACOE, which still has a sense of the value of the natural world, and not DEP, which does not.

Carlos doesn’t care about Sarasota or Manatee County all he cares about is lining his pocket at the expense of the citizens of the county. I don’t know if anybody is aware but he got on the board for the airport to have the air traffic changed so it would no longer go over Aqua on the Bay. Also, I spent a lot of time and that body of water and around that area and I can absolutely without a doubt. Tell you how important that area is to the ecosystem health of Sarasota Bay.

Our environment has been ravaged by the billionaire developer class. This is another attempt to degrade our area. Don't cave to the monied interests. Perserve what we still have for our children and grand children

If we do not stop this money hungry developer from destroying the Bay ecosystem, the beauty of what brought us to live here will gone forever.

We need to protect our wetlands and we need to protect our homes on Tidy Island.

As someone who was born and raised in Bayshore Gardens, I am profoundly sad our county commissioners even allowed the permit for Aqua to begin with. It is unconscionable they would now allow further destruction of the last pristine coastline on Sarasota Bay.

Leave the wetlands alone! You have already made life almost impossible to live here in Bradenton! You have taken land away from the wildlife that now lurks amongst us!

If this seawall gets build it will destroy the mangroves and increase the flood risk for the existing homes both north and south of the seawall. Say NO to the seawall!

Enough is enough.
These developers have amassed enough money already.
We must not allow them to keep destroying OUR wetlands and mangroves.

I believe the no buffer wetland permit request submitted by Carlos Beruff only benefits Mr. Beruff. Building the wall he proposes will be detrimental to our community and the environment.

Destroying wetlands is a terrible destruction of our environment!
