N Sarasota bay is the most important breeding ground for Trout and Red fish in the entire bay, destroying it would be a crime. Your legacy, think about it.

The wetlands are a vital component and resource to the health of Sarasota Bay and the safety of Sarasota residents and must remain protected.

I am concerned about flooding to peoples property as a concerned property owner in Bradenton. My daughter owns property in Sarasota. After Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, we must protect citizens from Hurricanes and the devestation it causes. We are already over saturated with builders building communities. The environment and its impact are more important.

Born and raised here. His disregard for our environment disgusts me. I wish he’d just go back to Miami and do what ever he wants to there and stop destroying our home.

The environment needs to be protected. A developer calls a seawall something different to skirt the rules concerning development. This needs to be denied fully.

This unbridled development with reckless disregard for the environment and infrastructure for that matter must stop. From the state level, oversight is hardly if at all existent anymore. Add to that local “ pay offs” by developers to politicians or placing political allies in places of power regarding such decisions, we end up with a ecological and financial disaster that Beruff and his cronies won’t pay for, we will.

My wife and I are opposed to the approval of this permit as currently proposed. Developers in our area continue to push through projects that adversely impact the environment, negatively affect wildlife, put further strain on the infrastructure and resources of our counties and deteriorate the quality of life in our communities.

Grew up in Sarasota and I don’t even want to fish here anymore. I mostly drive an hour south because we’re ruining our bay.
