Choice entry plays a major role in PGCET counselling because students have to arrange their preferred colleges and branches carefully. The second round provides another opportunity to obtain a better seat if seats become available or if the student was not satisfied with the first-round allotment.

For PGCET students, choice entry is important because your preferences guide the seat allotment process. The second round is also important because students who did not get their preferred seat in the first round may get better options based on availability.

Please allow eligible PGCET 2026 students to participate in Round-2 choice entry. Students made their option-entry decisions expecting the counselling process to provide further rounds. The current lack of clear communication is causing serious confusion and affecting students' college choices. KEA should clarify the rules and ensure a fair opportunity for eligible students.”

Further rounds are very important for me as I am looking for a better college and better career opportunities. The 2nd round will give me another chance to modify my choices and get a better M.Tech college based on my rank. The delay is creating uncertainty about my admission and future academic plans. And this delay is causing a mess and no proper clarification for any of the students .
