Because every student needs a fair chance to choose their college and opportunities must be given as claimed in before notifications. A government education organization cannot make drastic changes overnight and decide to to publish some notification that does not tell about the changes at all and expect students to read between lines, because we are not playing game of riddles with KEA

As per pgcet notification there are 3 round but you to conduct atleast 2 round please understand the students situation many students are depending 2 round and some of them received the college but they not interested to go for allotted college please release the choice entry and conduct atleast 2nd round please don't play with the students they are not toys.
