The timeline kea is sharing is unfair ,28 to 30th of October is bank strike and 2nd is government holiday forcing students to pay the fee on 1st of October. KEA should provide the choice entry since most of the students want to participate in round 2. It seems everything is going in a rush because of improper planning and timing.
