This law is extremely unfair. This is a violation of human rights. When a person wants to migrate with valid education and documents, you block their path. These same laws cause people to take illegal actions and that’s why goverments face numerus challenges with their migrants because of fake and invalid documents. A short transition period would make a significant difference to those who have already invested considerable time, money, and effort preparing for this examination.
