Education should unite people, not become a victim of political restrictions.

Why are Iranian citizens being prevented from taking the PTE exam? This feels unfair and discriminatory. Many of us have spent years improving our English and a lot of money preparing for this test. Please explain the reason for this decision and reconsider it.

I signed this petition because I believe it is deeply unfair that Iranian people, educated, and highly capable individuals, are being prevented from taking Pearson examinations that are essential for their education, professional careers, migration, and broader academic and professional development.

Education should be free from politics. Denying language testing to independent students near application deadlines destroys years of hard work. Pearson VUE must reconsider this decision.

This is punishing the Iranian people, not the Iranian government. Ordinary Iranians should not pay the price for politics...!

I have been preparing for the PTE Academic test for almost a year, investing a significant amount of my time, effort, and resources in order to achieve my educational and professional goals. For many Iranian students and professionals, PTE is not simply an English test. It is an essential step toward education, employment, professional development, and building a better future. This decision can have serious and unfair consequences for Iranian lives and future plans.

I believe it is unfair to deny people their basic human rights simply because they are Iranian and live in Iran, especially their right to education. Education, learning, academic development, and taking exams are basic rights that help people and societies grow and progress. Denying these opportunities to an entire population is unfair and goes against basic human rights and universal human rights principles.
