Petition to Restore PTE Academic Access for Iranian Resident

After months of planning, studying, and spending significant amounts of money on preparation, we Iranian candidates are now suddenly being denied access to the PTE exam simply because of our nationality. For many of us, PTE is not just an English test it is a crucial step toward education, career opportunities, and a better future. We respectfully ask Pearson to reconsider this decision. Being Iranian should not mean losing the right to pursue our dreams and opportunies.

Restricting these exams within Iran creates an unjust barrier, particularly for students from lower-income backgrounds who cannot afford the exorbitant costs of traveling abroad to take a test. This policy disproportionately penalizes ambitious individuals and hinders our ability to pursue international education
