Because I'm an Iranian who has worked so hard to find opportunities abroad but now they say we can't participate in any exams. Why is that what is that supposed to achieve? What have we Iranian people done to deserve this? Why punish us for the crimes our government has committed?

Behind every test candidate is a person with dreams, plans, and months or even years of preparation. Iranian students and professionals should not lose access to an international English test because of circumstances beyond their control. We respectfully ask Pearson to consider the human impact of this restriction and restore a safe and accessible way for Iranian candidates to take the PTE.

I am signing this petition because I believe that no international test should be denied to any nationality and that this is a violation of human rights. Iranians are engaged in war... they must be supported!
I hope Pearson will revise this view!!!

All the news we’ve heard today says that people in Iran should not be involved in the war between governments. However, what we are experiencing is completely different.
These decisions are ruining the plans and future opportunities of ordinary Iranian citizens who are not involved in politics. They simply want to live a normal life and have equal opportunities.

It is really unfair. Why ordinary people pay the cost of political problems. Consider someone studied 2 or 3 years or more for preparation, suddenly one night every thing is changed. Where is humanity where is respect for people who try to achieve their desire and goal by study and attemption.

This is not fair at all. The problems of the Islamic Republic of Iran regime with other countries are only affecting the Iranian people who are separated from the government. The Iranian people are using these tests to find a way to emigrate and escape Iran, which you are preventing. The economic situation of the Iranian people is extremely difficult, and it is unfair to have to pay for a trip to another country to take this test.

I am signing this petition because
language tests should be accessible to everyone, regardless of nationality. Many Iranian candidates are fully prepared and qualified, but they are unable to take the test due to restrictions. I believe the exams should reopen so that all applicants can continue their education, professional registration, and immigration processes without discrimination

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the recent restriction preventing individuals residing in Iran from taking the PTE Academic test.
This policy unfairly deprives Iranian candidates of access to an internationally recognized English proficiency examination and places them at a significant disadvantage in pursuing higher education, employment, and immigration opportunities. Candidates should not be denied access to an essential language assessment simply because of their nation
