Preventing people residing in Iran from taking the PTE is deeply unfair and discriminatory. This creates a significant barrier for countless Iranians whose educational aspirations, and ultimately their careers and futures, depend on access to internationally recognised language testing. As an educator, I urge the relevant authorities to reconsider this decision. Please do not place additional obstacles in the path of students who are already working hard to overcome significant challenges.

My sister has been preparing for the PTE exam for two years and was planning to take it next month. Suddenly, PTE has been cancelled for people in Iran, while IELTS and TOEFL remain available in other countries.
It is unfair and discriminatory to deny people access based on their nationality. Ordinary people and students should not be punished for government sanctions or political decisions. Everyone, regardless of nationality or race, deserves equal opportunities and access to education.

The cancellation of PTE exams for candidates in Iran is unfair and unacceptable. We have already paid for our vouchers, and we should not be punished for a situation beyond our control. Pearson must take responsibility and fully refund the money paid for unused vouchers, or extend their validity for a reasonable period. We demand a fair and immediate solution.

While I understand legal constraints, this decision unfairly punishes thousands of Iranian candidates who have invested months of preparation, time, and money. For many of us, these exams are the only gateway to higher education and career advancement abroad. Cancelling them without providing any alternative pathway is deeply unjust.
I respectfully request that Pearson:
1. Explore all possible legal options to resume testing for Iranian residents.
2. Issue full, immediate refunds to all affected
