This policy violates fundamental human rights. By doing this, you are effectively imposing sanctions on innocent people who are simply trying to migrate through legal pathways to escape war and hardship in their home country. People who have already registered have invested significant time and money and will face devastating impacts. At the very least, those who have already submitted their applications before this change should be exempted

I want to sign this petition because Iranian nurses should have a fair and equal opportunity to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Due to sanctions, travel restrictions, lack of Pearson VUE test centers in Iran, and ongoing difficulties with internet and international access, Iranian candidates face significant barriers that are beyond their control. We are qualified nurses who deserve a fair chance to pursue our professional careers.
