I strongly support this petition because Iranian candidates should not be unfairly denied the opportunity to sit for their ADC examinations. Many of us have invested years of hard work, education, time, and significant financial resources to pursue our professional careers in Australia. We respectfully ask the ADC to reconsider this decision and work toward a fair and accessible solution for Iranian candidates. Our nationality should not prevent us from continuing our professional journey

Excluding an entire group of candidates solely on the basis of nationality appears fundamentally inconsistent with the principles of fairness, equality and non-discrimination that Australian health practitioners are expected to uphold. If nationality alone is the basis for this decision, it is discriminatory and should be challenged.
