I want to sign this petition because I have already spent significant time and money preparing for the PTE exam as part of my plan to immigrate to Australia. I have invested in PTE classes and preparation with the expectation that I would be able to take the exam and use the result for my immigration plans. If PTE becomes unavailable to Iranian applicants, all of this time, effort, and money could be wasted, and my immigration plans could be seriously affected. we should have a fair opportunity

What is happening right now is a national apartheid and it's only affecting people who have endured a lot of hardship already. Sanctions should have an influence on the Islamic regime and those who support and provide for it, not on ordinary people of the Iran. Cancelling confirmed exams only days before the test is deeply unfair and inhumane. Candidates have invested months of preparation, significant money, and enormous emotional effort. They should not be punished for circumstances entirely beyond their control. All existing bookings must be honoured, and affected candidates must be allowed to sit their exams.
