Petition of support for Priscilla Biton
We, the undersigned colleagues, friends, and supporters of Priscilla Biton, respectfully submit this petition to express our support for her and to request a fair and thorough review of the circumstances surrounding her termination.
Many of us have had the privilege of working alongside Priscilla, a Registered Nurse with 23 years of clinical experience, and have consistently known her to be a dedicated, compassionate, professional, and ethical healthcare provider. Throughout her extensive nursing career with our organization, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to her patients, her coworkers, and the highest standards of nursing practice.
We are deeply concerned by the allegations that resulted in her dismissal. Based on our personal experiences working with Priscilla, the accusations do not reflect the character, integrity, or professionalism we have witnessed over her many years of service. We believe she deserves a fair and impartial evaluation of all facts and circumstances before any permanent decision regarding her employment is upheld.
Priscilla has earned the trust, respect, and admiration of many coworkers through her consistent professionalism, clinical competence, compassion, and dedication to patient care. Her 23 years of nursing experience have made her a valuable resource within the workplace, positively impacting both colleagues and the individuals under her care.
Therefore, we respectfully request that management reconsider the decision to terminate Priscilla Biton and conduct a comprehensive review of the matter. We believe that fairness, due process, and a complete examination of the facts are essential to ensuring a just outcome.

Priscilla is an amazing person. She is someone who is a team player, I can always count on her to be there in any emergency to lend a helping hand. She shows so much compassion to her patients. Her laughter and her energy is something I always look forward to when working along side her. Priscilla brings exceptional value to our team. Priscilla is knowledgeable and her positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication to both patients and coworkers make a meaningful difference everyday.
I fully support this petition to reinstate her. She is an outstanding nurse whose compassion, professionalism, and dedication have positively impacted countless patients, families, and coworkers. She has consistently demonstrated integrity, excellent clinical judgment, and a genuine commitment to those in her care.
I've worked with Priscilla at pvhmc for the past 10 years and she is an amazing nurse! One of the best nurses that I would want in my patients room for any emergency. I am in full support of Priscilla and believe she deserves a fair review of termination.
Priscilla Biton is an asset to our department, all her clinical experience speaks for itself. I have work along her side for almost 20 years. Her professionalism and dedication to our patients and their family is something I admire. P Biton is the nurse you want taking care of you, also the nurse you want to have and support you in emergencies. She knows what to do to keep out patients safe even in emergency situations.
I have worked with Pricilla on the Maternal-Fetal transport team for many years. I’ve been on several transports with her and have first hand experience with her professionalism to not only outside facilities but side by side as a team member! Her experience and knowledge is unmatched and she is a valuable resource for her fellow nurses. She handles high-stress situations with a level head and maintains absolute clinical precision as a critical care nurse. She stays calm, focused, and clear.
To save Priscilla’s job! A wonderful employee
Doubt Priscilla kicked this person at all, let alone with enough force to cause a hip fracture. Bet she got to crazy at a concert post mommy makeover fell and broke her hip, botched herself up and now wants rework on the hospitals dime. That's my theory. Priscilla has always been professional and appropriate

Priscilla is the greatest help that you could ever imagine. She comes in early all the time to help dayshift. She has been a right hand to me during times when I have been charged Nurse I have been so shorthanded. She has taken any assignment that I have given her and helped in so many ways. It is an absolute loss to everyone at Pomona Valley women’s center without Priscilla.
