My only daughter was stolen twice - my heart, my love, my soul, my everything - 7/1/2019, and 6/1/2023. Butte county superior court is helping our abuser while beating me up for any attempt to bring the evidence into the record. Judge Clare Keithley - abusers enabler. Judge Michael Candela abducted my daughter on 6/1/2023 without a notice to me right after my minor daughter disclosed alleged sexual misconduct, and the evidence was never allowed to be even heard! CPS buried all of it as well

They took my babies with no transparency and have bullied me in court made false allegations kept my kids from me for three months and keep on my mental health when my mental is perfectly fine! I had a seizure and they put me in a mental hospital and took my kids been fighting ever since

Because my child was stolen by dcs, unjustly terminated my rights and adopted her out because of the large kick backs the state gets for babies being adopted.

I am a total and permanently disabled veteran. I am being penalized for asserting the federal protections of my Disability Compensation. The child support orders were set to $0/month providing medical documentation at the request of child support that I was unemployable. Orders were suspended in 2014 when I was granted custody. The mother wasn't ordered to pay child support. When custody was reversed and I was deemed total and permanently disabled, the child support ordersuo $400/month

My daughter was wrongfully taken by the state of Idaho after I reported someone molested. They told me it was my fault, and if I didn't believe predators can be rehabilitated, I was part of the problem. I also felt pressured to admit to felony child abuse when I didn't. They told me I would never see my daughter again unless I confessed. I did not. Kenneth Deane was never arrested and my rights were terminated.

York County Pa. The family court system needs immediate investigation. So many families being ripped apart and bullied by Judges who’d rather prove they can do what they want instead of acting in the best interest of our children. Judge Christopher Menges is a prime example of what shouldn’t be allowed on the bench
