Its not fair to the children parents or grandparents to be separated or that parental alienation is forgotten in these courts! Especially when they remarry you're supposed be extinct in the kids lives bc your new spouse of jealous of the ex spouse

I’m signing because I live in I have supposed kids their well I know they aren’t mine I signed when I was very young never had a peternity test and now I’m 40 years old I owe over 100,000 dollars and they are predatory they don’t listen and they have taken my license from me my passport and my credit. They are a group of gangsters with the state backing them. I told them I was having trouble paying and the judge told me too bad and sent me to jail for contempt. They are all predatory bullies!

In 2009 dhr took my angels the sadder part it was the mother in law tammie Renee godfrey of Jefferson County child protective services in jasper alabama an her sister who worked walker county child protective services they worked together an took all 5 I was married to her step son Kenneth godfrey Jr I have no record and im not a drug addict

I’m currently wrapped up in the system and it is inherently bias. The judge is not following the rules, nor is he enforcing the rules or standards of the law. Tennessee chancery court the honorable Douglas Jenkins.

Because my fience Heidi and I had our rights trampled by CPS in Hennepin County Minnesota and we were separated from our children for 9 months as a result, and finally after 9 months of absolute hell we got our case heard in the trial ans everything was dismissed, CPS was ordered to return the kids to us. Even the judge met us outside the courthouse and gave us both hugs and apologized to us because of what we went through. ALL of it based solely on CPSWs lies that they perpetrated against us!!!

Changes need to be made to really uphold the best interest of children instead of lining their pockets with money from parents who can't afford this money-making machine. It's egregious what they put families through.

Because they terminated my rights to my kids and made closed adoption and I had no attorney or money to fight back.

They took my baby from me lied and said I was doing drugs while aware of pregnancy the father had just gotten out of jail and was then sober 4 months now he's sober a year and so am I . Each discovery is worse than the last I just want my precious little baby . The first three years a baby needs BIO PARENTS that's why our future generations will all be mentally ill.

My ex husband got 50/50 despite felony child abuse charges. He used the court as a weapon to block our approved move after controlling the sale of our home to financially abuse us. He made the children part time homeless and blocked them from going to an early college high school. His family was friends with the first judge on the case. Thankfully she got a DUI and is no longer a judge.

This is important to me because I've experienced judicial bias, retaliation, unfairness, etc within the family law court system. Due to that me and the other parent decided to not go back to court. Because what's a system that is not going to uphold the best interest of the child.
