Because I was a mother and I’m still a mother I have three children and two of them have been ripped for me because I left an abusive man that not only manipulated everyone around me without me knowing he is now manipulating the family court system and they are blind to certain views, and they need to be held accountable

I have receipts of unlawful removal of my son along with receipts showing conversion of court generated civil debt into child support by a magistrate who inflated income and garnished with no hearing with temporary order that has since been in effect for over a year and a half.

Because family court is corrupt, kidnapping children from good parents for financial gain And taking the word of corrupt lying Gardien Ad Litems who are not monitored in any way and get away with saying whatever they want. Nothing is legal or right about the entire system. They do NOT help children anymore!

Because I had an opportunity to own my own business but for the child support on my background check. And because I have been alienated from my daughter 11 years. They separated support from visitation to make it harder on us.

because the whole system is fraud and it's considered kidnapping and it means to be recognized for what it is and what it's really doing to families and kids innocent kids and it's sad the this is all linked to evil doing and learning the laws and family court how your rights are being taken and we have already been advantages over us we are sooo drilled at signing and in a hurry and not reading but who knew law definitions are completely different from the regular dictionary LEGAL IN REGULAR DI

These people have forgotten what this was intended for. Now it’s a big child trafficking ring! There is no accountability, no responsibility for their actions. This whole system needs to be abolished immediately and anyone who has or has had anything to do with causing trauma, ripping families apart should automatically go to prison for life!

I have a chosen Granddaughter who is being kept from her Mother because the sperm donor wants to punish the mother.
Barron calls me GranPam and looked for me at every sport game, dance recital and Grandparents Day at her school. It has been two years. We are exrtemely concerned about her mental and emotional health.

My child is still recovering from trauma caused by CPS not doing a proper investigation, and when they got tired of being questioned and dealing with us they intimidated a family member into putting it into family court, family court made the situation even worse and my child will forever have mental health issues

I'm going through stuff with my daughter right now. I've seen early for a total of 5 hours. And over a year and 2 months, because I was not properly served. Our rights are violated in so many ways. But anyways, it's important if your parents have access to their children and not be guilty until proven innocent. It's unreal, how horrible family court is.
