The overall corruption in the Family Court System. This includes all parties involved: judges, GALs, Mediators, etc.
How can it possibly be fair when you have a 15 minute Zoom session every several months, turn in all requested documents, and find out the Judge will only review them during the court date. In a case very familiar to me, this has been going on now for 4 years. I am sending this from Florida.

Because my family recently went through a total dumpster fire of the DCF system, family court, judge, and lawyers. They never even offered a plan to one of the parents. Allegations of SA against the mother, and locking them in their room for hours was basically swept under the rug and someone else was accused of coaching them. The whole system needs to be DOGED, dismantled and rebuilt with the purpose of helping and saving the American family the way that so many politicians preach!

This is the only kind of relationship my mother and myself have ever known. I’m currently married in one as I sign this. I agree this needs to change. It destroys your mind, soul, and self of self. Not to mention the cascading effect it has on children and those closest to you. I’ve been assaulted on a number of occasions for standing up for myself. Now I have come to a point being 35 years of age I refuse, absolutely refuse to back down ever again or let anything slide. It’s time for change.

I've been getting screwed over by child support for seven years. Both of my kids live with me and one just graduated college and the other turns twenty this year and I'm still paying support while still having arrears. The system is broken and needs to be fixed.

I’m signing because family alienation is real. When a disgruntled ex spouse decides not to let the kids see the other parent and there family. It’s disgusting and hurts both the children and the family that’s being alienated mourns for the children. I know because it’s being done to my family twice I have 3 grandkids I never get to see. One is 19 now. The other two are still in grade school. My son does not have the money to take her to court, and neither do we the grandparents.

The biased unjust way family courts are ran! There is no justice in destroying good families for financial incentives and having an severly bias towards women/mothers REGARDLESS if they are the more suitable parent. It should only be about whats best for the kids and that doesn't include parental alienation and thousands of dollars made by the court and judge themselves

Oklahoma Family Courts are unfair and biased. Judges and prosecutors are best friends.
If you are low income and have no attorney it's much worse.
Money talks while kids suffer the consequences.
