She was my friend and didn’t in no way deserve what was done to her nor should he deserve to be paroled in six years for taking someone’s life he was sentenced to a certain amount of time and that’s what he should do instead of being parole. It was not an accident of killing her that was intentional. He knew what he was doing and at any point before killing her he could’ve left he could’ve refrain from doing what he did, but he chose not to so please do not choose to allow him to be released.

I am humblely asking this board not to release Mr Estes on patrol and keep him in prison to serve the ten years for the brutal murder of my niece Crissy Hayes. He has not shown any remorse in his actions, nor should he be released into society to do this again. HMr. Estes has played the jusital system in order to obtain early release. Not only did he murder my niece and took her from the family who loves her, his actions also took her from her future grandchildren and the three who loved her.

Mr Estes never showed remorse for the murder of my niece. He never has admitted to what really happened. He destroyed and shattered my family when he murdered Crissy Hayes. We her family lost our smile, our light by his action. Do not release him. Five years is nothing..drug dealer get more time. He made the choice to murder her.
