Roleplayers, Grinders, Builders, and Diplomats aren't able to match against the power and weight that pvpers hold over Abexilas. The system needs an overhaul to lower the skill ceiling in wars and to completely remove War Staff positions in favor of automated war mechanics that can be set and adjusted by the owners and high staff.
