This neighborhood is a slow & peaceful environment for my family and I. This would bring in traffic that is not needed. Many families in the community have children and elderly who are outside and we do not need speeding cars driving down the street trying to get to this development. I worry for the safety of others and my Children!!!

This is NOT the place for a development like this. It would be awesome if they used the land to enlarge the park that’s already there. But Not a bunch of apartments in this area.

This will be disruptive to current residents in this area. The area is already risky as far as fires and poor access. There are better, more appropriate areas to build this type of structure.

I drive through this area often and I don’t think apartments are a good fit as it’s already congested. This is not an area for apartments with possibly hundreds of people driving and parking

I don’t feel it is a safe place for apartments. Roadway is not wide enough to support the traffic and in case of fire or other emergency the evacuation would be too slow and dangerous.

1. Horrible location 2, #1 spot for fires so land isn’t in good condition 2. There’s so many other places

I oppose the building of apartments on N Rio Vista area. I don’t want the traffic.

Having previously resided at the corner of West Jones and N. Rio Vista, I believe this proposed addition to area traffic would be a disaster. That portion of N. Rio Vista is extremely narrow, with a sidewalk on only one side. W. Jones, W. Trail and W. River all intersect with N. Rio Vista in that three-block stretch, and it seems that adding traffic would create a congested and unsafe situation.

1) flood zone 2) it will be a bottle neck with the increased traffic near a school grammar school

I grew up on West River Drive and I still drive this and North Rio Vista on a regular basis. With the addition of this development it will cause so much more havoc and traffic hazards to an already crowded roadway. This is not the neighborhood for this development.

Think of the traffic and the mess that would create. Not the best place.

Not enough commuting area. Too close to New River.
