I stand with the community in calling for the Protection of our environment and future generations. Our health, water, and natural resources should come before commercial interests.
We, the people of this country, deserve an environment that is safe, healthy, and protected for future generations. Pax Silica is nowhere near any of that. No project is worth risking our communities, our water, and our natural resources!
Because we're the ones who are going to suffer in the end since they're going to build it in the Philippines, where I live.
I’m all for innovation. What I’m not buying is the narrative that we’re supposed to sacrifice our forests, our oceans, our communities, and our rights just so someone else can call it “development.” Stop packaging exploitation as progress. Filipinos deserve better than being told to settle for less in the name of growth.
