Swimming on the Marlins with Josh and Kirby prepared me for varsity swimming through my high school more than I could have ever imagined. It is key to have coaches that are knowledgeable and trusted by the swimmers so they can continue to grow as athletes and young adults. I support the Marlins to refine the team so it can be a well oiled machine that continues to produce amazing and talented athletes.

As a swimmer for another team in PNS, I think that giving more people the opportunity to swim allows them to develop skills and learn lessons that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.

Things were done behind closed doors without proper procedure, against what contracted parties were told, and I believe against the best Interest of the team as a whole.
The decision was also hidden from half the board.
In light of this, the board needs to be replaced. They cant be trusted. For the board members who were not aware, being more connected to the goings on of the team is a requirement. Not an option. And if life gets in the way of that then no hard feelings but we need someone el
