We are calling for Micheal to be held accountable and removed from his DMOD role because his conduct in the WC discord has created a hostile and unfair environment.

As a DMOD, Micheal has shown behaviour that feels misogynistic, biased, and more concerned with protecting his own favourites than treating people fairly. That kind of conduct damages trust, makes people feel unsafe speaking up, and weakens the whole community. A moderation role should be used to keep things steady, respectful, and fair, not to excuse predatory policing or to target people unevenly.

The WC discord deserves moderation that is calm, consistent, and accountable. Right now, that is not what many of us are seeing. When someone in power acts like this, it affects everyone who depends on the space being open, safe, and fair to all members.

We are asking for Micheal to be demoted and for a serious review of his conduct as DMOD. At the very least, he needs to calm down and stop using his position in ways that harm the community. People should not have to worry that moderation will be used against them or shaped by favouritism.

Those who are trusted to moderate must be held to a higher standard. We want accountability, fair treatment, and a WC discord that serves the whole community, not one person’s preferences.
