I believe Lincoln County has very fertile soil and it should remain Agricultural. I also believe the technology poses an environmental risk to our community.

So many reasons NOT to allow this! Questionable NDAs, no true assurances from Ameren on benefits vs. rewards for our county and especially those landowners most impacted. Now we have to convince, even beg, our local commissioners to pass a moratorium for more research?? Last, this Ameren case lumps us with proposed projects on industrialized sites on other counties. This puts us at a huge disadvantage since we have so much more to lose in the way of our prime farmland and natural habitats.

Put solar farms and battery storage and data centers on land that is unusable for living and farming. Like in Denmark.

I moved to the country for it to remain that way. Not so city slickers could screw it up.

Because I like the natural farm land, we didn’t move here to be surrounded by solar panels or eventually AI buildings.

I moved here and loved the natural beauty and wildlife here. Data centers, solar farms, and other related projects have opportunities to pollute and tax not only residential our water and land, but we don't know the long term impact of these ventures. What will be left for future generations?

Our land is to beautiful, precious and important to ruin with unnecessary structures.

I oppose AE-2026-0183 because the proposed solar farm and battery storage facility could cause irreversible harm to human health, wildlife, endangered species, and our land and water. With inadequate testing, secrecy and unanswered safety concerns, this project should not move forward until these risks are fully investigated and addressed.

A moratorium is important because our friends and neighbors will live with the consequences. This rural area is homes, farms, a church, and a cemetery, not an industrial park. Battery fires are hard to fight and can release toxic smoke; our local fire departments are not built for that. Farmland, peace and quiet, and property values would take the hit while the benefits go elsewhere. It's difficult to watch a corporation benefit from ruining a rural community.

This is not safe for our community!
