It is within the parents right to have the body of their son. The family needs to perform the last rites and gain closure. According to our beliefs in order for the soul to move on , the family needs to perform the last rites. That right should not be taken away from the family. This is causing nothing but grief to all the family.

It’s incredibly difficult for a mother to go through something like this. No mother should have to wait months to bring her son home and say her final goodbye.
